This 7-day training program provides a structured approach to daily fitness, focusing on correct form and injury prevention. Each day consists of a specific workout sequence: a dynamic warm-up, a primary strength or conditioning set, and a restorative cool-down. To maintain high standards of performance, participants are required to record their training sessions and submit them for review. Perforhealth coaches will analyze your movement patterns and provide direct feedback to ensure your training is effective and safe. By the end of this course, you will have completed a full week of professionally guided functional training.
